Industrial Robot Cell Reconfiguration and Production Data Improvements

Supported the reconfiguration and ongoing improvement of a large industrial robot production cell used in filter manufacturing. Work included robot program changes after a mechanical/system layout change, PLC and HMI improvements, stop-reason registration, production statistics, and OPC UA data interfacing for production dashboarding.

CAD 3D-Printed Two-Component Isocyanate Separator

Designed and prototyped a 3D-printed diagnostic tool for checking the component ratio of a two-component isocyanate adhesive system by separating the base and hardener flows before they entered the static mixer.
